How many watt fan will my A7N8X support?

I have a 7 watt 4 pin cpu fan that I use to cool my cpu(I know the mobo 3pin won't support that). I got a zalman fan controller(6 watt limit) and want to turn down my 8000 rpm fan to around 5000 rpm and use the 3 pin mobo connector. Can't find the watt limit on the mobo fan connector anywhere? Thanks
