How many voted in the 2000 election, how many plan to vote in November?

I voted in 2000 and I'll vote in November.

Though my vote will have no effect in the presidential race (I'm in IL. It's not a "swing state"), it will have an effect on local and state politics.

Ditto, I'm from Texas so its a given that Bush will win by a wide margin. I vote only because of state/local politics.

Didnt vote in 2000 due to maoving into my new house and not getting registered to vote in that area. I will be voting in November.
