How many USB ports do "U" have?

On all my computers or just this one?

All = 28, used = 3
this computer = 6 used = 1

1 - internal WiFi adapter
2 - internal 7 in 1 card reader
3 - wireless keyboard/mouse transceiver
4 - Microsoft DSS80 speakers
5 - Sound Blaster Audigy 2NX
6 - ATI Remote Wonder
7 - Canon 620 scanner
8 - uplink to USB hub on Mitsubishi 900U monitor
9 - Palm 515m cradle
10 - IBM 32MB memory key
11 - GameBoy Advance SP charging cable

and I still have a few other USB devices that I need to swap in every so often

Also 2 of my 4 firewire ports are used - Lava external HD enclosure and Philips DVDR95 settop box DVD recorder.

wow!~!

I'm not sure who U is, or why I should know how many usb ports he has. Further, you should capitalize peoples' names when typing them, even if it's an unorthodox name consisting of only one letter.

6 on back of case, 2 on front, 4 on monitor. IEEE1394 on SB Audigy 2. 2 on monitor available, 2 on front (used for quick hookups of things like Dell DJ) don't think any available on the back, maybe one.

6 on-board, plus the hub I bought when I only had two on board. I've have more if I could figure out how the hell I'm supposed to hook the wires from my case to the pins on the motherboard. You'd think by now that would be standardized, but nooo...

4 on motherboard.
2 on D-bracket.
2 on front of case.
4 on back of monitor (USB hub built into the monitor).

1 occupied by Compact flash reader.
1 by UPS.
1 by cell phone.
1 by monitor.

4 on old 1GHz Athlon
2 on ancient K6-3

i have a laptop

3, but i have a hub, so 6 USB ports

i have one IEEE 1394

USB:
Logitech MX Duo
Printer
TI-84 Cable
iPod Mini Cable
Cruzer Mini 128MB (Got one for $2 on BF! 😀)
Antec Pearl Notebook Cooler (has a passthrough USB connector, so I can still connect another low power USB item into that)

IEEE 1394:
Camcorder (sometimes use as a webcam, but its a pain)
