Can one ^bump^ a post when it has received little or no response? Is there a general rule or guideline which has been set by the Forum Administrator(s), other than common sense or leaving the decision to one's own judgement?
 
What forum are you looking to bump in? The FS?T rule is once every 6 hours I believe.

I'm assuming to a certain extent that it does. For example a thread full of bumps in OT would be considered neffing.
