College -> Hotmail -> Gmail -> My own domain, hosted via Google Apps. Have had that last one for about 4 years, and unless something drastic happens, it'll be my primary forevah.

Still have my Comcast email, but use gmail as my primary.

AOL during high school, then my college address in college, registered my current gmail address during college. So I've changed twice.

Multiple different AOL and Compuserve email addresses. Multiple hotmails. Pretty sure I had a yahoo in there somewhere. A couple at bornagain. Various private domain emails. 3 active gmail accounts.

I do not keep in touch with people with email, so changing emails doesn't bother me.

I think $10/year is worth it for a personal domain for anyone ever applying for a job in any industry.

I haven't switched from Yahoo since '03, but I've added gmail and me.com for redundancy in case there's ever an issue with the Yahoo account (happened once).
