How many times have you RMA'd something to Newegg?

Hi,

I'm just wondering that question and also the question "Do you still order things from them after the RMA?"

I've had to send 2 different orders back to them a wile ago and i'm debating on ordering from them.

I haven't ordered from them since the last time they sent me the wrong thing then told me I would have to pay return shipping.

Once so far, just this week. And my first time ordering from them as well :(. Still, all my other stuff from newegg arrived in pristine and working condition so they are still number one in my book.

I've never had to RMA anything throughout $1500 dollars worth of purchases. My friend RMA'd a dead video card around a week after he got it with no problems. He still orders from them.

One RMA but I still buy from them. The RMA wasn't their fault. They're a good company to deal with.

2 times, one bad motherboard, capacitor was disconnected and in the anti-static bag. An Athlon XP was dead, tried it in two different boards with no success. Although I have order lots otherwise, cases, cd drives, processors. I did learn though to rethink buying refurbished motherboards and CPUs from NewEgg.

Once, but only because my Turtle Beach SantaCruz that I bought from them OEM (which worked fine when it arrived), crapped out about 45 days later...they RMA'd it no questions asked...they were great about it in my book.

I needed an RMA from them once. I called up their 1-800 number and was talking to someone within 2 minutes. They agreed to RMA and exchange the motherboard with no hassle and sent me a confirmation email while we were on the phone. That's damn good service.

I just RMAed something from Newegg, I am yet to find an outcome.

They did take it back, no questions, which is nice. Approved within 3 hours of submitting my request. I love Newegg.

ive bought stuff from newegg around 12 times, had to RMA one thing. I still buy from them, i like the good deals on the refurbed products.

I had to RMA 2 things to them (Lite-On DVD-ROM, and IBM TravelStar 40GB). I still order from them. It's not their fault the parts failed.
