Also, I donated all the time in the Navy. They make you feel guilty if you dont.
Probably about two dozen times total.
You cant do it right before or right after you transfer, or right before a PRT.

Every 90 days from the day I turned 18 until I was 27 ... so 30-40 probably ... they don't collect it where I live now
