don't hate, just cause we have it better than you 😉

it takes me a week to grow the equivilant of a 5 o'clock shadow... having to shave every day must be pretty crappy.

I shave about 2-3 times a week, the blades generally last about 3 weeks.

but I usually go by the strip on the top of my razor, it is worn I replace

mach 3 turbo

i shave once a week. i haven't changed the blade in 3 months and it doesn't hurt yet. My last blade lasted me about 4 months. I use a Mach 3

You missed out on teh Macho 33 with the gorilla on the front. Dont know where the pic is tho...

I used the M3 from Gillette and shave 2-3x a week and keep the blade for 2 months. Some of our experiemental blades - Ive used for 48 shaves and they are still nice.

is there any truth to this?

not really, most of the Gillette foams out are soap based. Also, Ive done corrosion tests myself and we dont sell foams, gels that corrode the blades over the typical 14 day shave period.

Every 5-6 days, depending on how the razor "feels" on my face. When it ceases to glide across the whiskers, it's time for a new one.

What a big man you are.

Well, we know someone who's insecure with his penis size. 😛

i actually have noticed a big diffference in how close a shave can get when using bar soap instead of a gel, but that might depend on skin type. when shaving my head if i want to get real close gel doesnt work so good, but a lathering with a bar soap gets that extra 1/32nd of an inch

Using mach 3 turbos, until they start to hurt. Usually about 3 weeks.

What sort of sucks is whenever my SO is over, she uses my mach 3 for general body shaving. She raves at how close it gets, which I can't argue with 😀, but damnit it uses up the expensive heads faster.

Until it starts to hurt to shave.

Tip:
Shave after showering when facial hair is softer

Kind of off topic, but are all these new models from Gilette gettting any better? I had run out of Mach3 Turbo blades, so I went back to the original Gilette sensor and got a great shave today. I was left wondering how much of this stuff is gimmick. What about this latest one, the green one that vibrates and costs $15.

LMFAO. 500 Grasshopper points for the new guy!

Depending upon how often I shave, every 2 or 3 weeks. I should probably do it more often though.

You can get a good 3-4 shaves out of it before it looses its touch. I get about 4-5 complete shaves(head & face; every other day) out of a turbo before I can notice it getting weaker. A nice hot lather really helps minimize the number of passes you need.

I shave about 4 times a week. I go through a Mach3 turbo about 1 every 1.5 months. I shave after showering and with a shaving gel. It cuts really close, easier on the blade, and easier to cut. When I shaved 'cold' and with foam/cream I would get only 3-4 weeks before it began to felt like it was pulling.
