How many times do u brush your teeth daily?

I've got so much cavaties... i suck at brushing..

somedays i'll brush right after eating a meal, other days i'll brush two, other days one...just depends on how dirty my teeth feel to me.

wow. but just talked to my dentist and he told me cavaties take years to appear.. so 3 months itself shouldn't have done much dmg..

twice per day...used to brush after every meal, dentist told me i was brushing too much and wearing off the film over my teeth (forget the name of it). He told me to get a soft bristle brush and only brush very lightly.
