How many times can you use a Vista Ultimate

Is it only 1 use, or can you use it on say... 2 computers?
Basically, my friend used his vista cd key already, and I want to install it (so I can stream stuff better onto my 360).
I need to know if you can use it more than once so that I can install updates to my vista

Thanks

Each key is only for one computer, so if you want a legit Vista installation, you need to pick up another license.

As far as licensing is concerned, the only advantage Ultimate offers is that you can (legally) use it on virtual machines.

One license = one install

I've been thinking about this. Wouldn't Ultimate allow you to use Remote Desktop to manage a media center PC (w/Ultimate) from another PC in the house thus freeing you of a need for keyboard or mouse.
