Forgive the newbie questions but I'm starting over with bodybuilding after more than 8 years and I'm trying to do it right this second time.
So whats the consensus on the number of times that a person should train any give body part? Is once enough or should I be doing more?
Also how many excercises in one session should I perform for a body part? For example should I do bench presses, incline presses and flyes on the same day or is that to much for the chest in a workout?
Finally as a beginner what excercises should I be doing? I'm assuming the basics are probably a good start but I just want to be sure I'm starting off on the right foot.
