Depends on what kind of 'things' you mean...

there is the stepping on his foot kind apologizing... and the I fvcked up and hurt/angered you kind of apologizing.

Around here.... the former happens once in a while, the latter hardly ever. We argue approx. once every five months or so, and even then it is over in less than 10 minutes....

If people do apologize frequently then they can stuff that ninnylike pacifist "I am a coward " policy up their arse........I never apologize unless really required
