How many times a month do you clip your nails?

i have acrylic nails so when i get them filled. usually the toes get done when i get a pedicure 2x per month

I don't clip. I tear them off whenever they look like they need it. Usually do it when I'm sitting at a stoplight or walking somewhere.

I never bite it off. I just clip it. Sometimes they can tear off though if i cath it against something

Ummm... not really... Showers/Baths/etc... are only a tiny bit more important then how many times per month I clip my nails...

I use another nail... start in at the edge, make a rip in the edge, then pull it across. I've been doing it my entire life so it's second-nature now. I tear at the end and rarely tear too far down to hurt/draw blood. Clippers are actually painful to me. Also, I can't bite my nails. My nails are too hard and it hurts my teeth to try.

I'm pretty self conscious about that sort of thing so I snip them every 3-4 days and leave about 1.5mm of the 'outer edge' and then lightly file them for added smoothness. I do this after bathing my hands in hot soapy water for 5 mins. On the otherhand I've seen some really nasty asian guys that grow their nails but tells me it's for good luck even though I see them picking their nose with it. Unsanitary as hell.
