I received a box of Starbucks tea bags for xmas.

there's no guide as to how many tea bags per quart of water.

and i've never made tea before.

Actually, I work with two guys who DID NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE between tea and coffee... no they weren't messing with me...
I also work with five guys who couldn't tell answer whether fish were vertebrates or not.

1 Tea bag is good for 2 cups of tea.

    2 cups/pint, 2 pints per quart.

    Enjoy the math

if they are big bags... you only need one or two per quart...
for smaller bags, you'll need more like 5-8 per quart.
