If it's diet, it shoudln't affect you much as far as weight gain and thing slike that. However, your teeth will probably go to hell because the soda eats away at teeth a lot.

If nothing else, giv eyour dentist a call and ask if any sodas are better for your teeth than others and see what they say.
 
Forgot to mention, don't switch to diet either.

Artificial sweeteners like Aspartame are under study (finally) because there's some tests showing that as it digests it produces a small amount of FORMELEHYDE (sp?) that stays in your bloodstream, collecting in places that use the most blood, namely the brain..... well.... for most people I'd think. 😉
