Been working out for the past half year or so and put on about maybe 8-10 pounds of mostly muscle.
I'm at 140 now (5'8"), still short of my 150-155 goal.
I used to be on Myoplex but that got too expensive. Using ON now (24g protein per serving).
Right now I drink one in the morning, one post-workout and one before bed.
Should I get another one in pre-workout or mid-day?
