How many servings of protein shake to drink when trying to bulk?

Been working out for the past half year or so and put on about maybe 8-10 pounds of mostly muscle.
I'm at 140 now (5'8"), still short of my 150-155 goal.

I used to be on Myoplex but that got too expensive. Using ON now (24g protein per serving).
Right now I drink one in the morning, one post-workout and one before bed.

Should I get another one in pre-workout or mid-day?

On Whey I hear is very good.

Take it before and after workout. You really don't need it more frequently than that.

Whey protein is a supplement. The general advice is to consume 1.5-2g/lb of body weight. Figure out how much you get from your diet and go from there.

Half a serving.

There just isn't any reason to cram so much protein through your intestinal track. Take extra Vitamin C instead.

depends on your body.

Im able to digest 35grams every 4 or so hours

When I was bulking I'd try to have 1-1.5grams * my weight in LBS. per day.
