as with any pushing exercise legs, chest, shoulders etc you exhale on the push and inhale on the return to the start position.

48 pushups, 46 situps and 1.5 miles in 13:10 and I'm damn proud of it.

In a minute, bout 63 on a good day. Usually 55 to 60 on an average day.

Situps are where I have problems. :(

Yeah, i used to do about 88 in 2 mins... and get up. 102 was max... then found out the extra points didnt count so saved energy for the run lolz. Now i can probably do like <50

I did 100 in 2 minutes on a bet. That was about 13 years ago. I could probably get to 20 or 30 now without breaking form.

Probably 35, work on speed more than strength now. When I was benching double my weight, probably 60.

I can do 13 with first finger and thumb. Still can't do thumb pushups. Never tried in a minute, my max is 46 in a row.

I can barely do 20 in one sitting, but I'm working on the above. I've read 53 situps and 15:12 though, maybe things have changed?

From what I've seen, most people do TERRIBLE pushups. They say they can do 50, but when doingthem properly can't even squeek out 10.

I have been doing pushups all my life. I could never do more than 50 straight. And of course these are real form pushups.

Right now I can do 40-45 if it is the first set.

I struggle to do one push up on my fingers. Fingers are kind of longish and thin :(. I can rep out 65 but max is 75 in one set with strict form.

My father can use 2 fingers and one thumb on each hand. He has short and fatter fingers. A friend can do reps on his thumbs! My fingers feel as if they'll snap if I just use them. I'm a pretty bad ass rock climber and I can crush a CoC2 though :), but barely any finger push ups...

I've always had a hard time with Pushups. Got 68 in 2 minutes last APFT.

I do good on situps though. Got 96 in 2 minutes last time.
