Nope. 2 physical, 2 logical.

What does this mean:

2 single-core, conventional CPUs will work. 1 dual core CPU will work, as will 1 hyper-threading CPU.

A single dual-core hyperthreading CPU will not work. Dual hyper-threading CPUs will not work. Dual dual-core CPUs will not work.
