scroll down till you find svc host, basically svchost is used kinda like a shell whenever certain programs want to access the internet...

I have 28 processes but that includes a couple of instances of bittorrent, my burst gui for bittorrent, and firefox, plus, what is up with mcAfee virus scanner having like 5 processes? can't this be consolidated into one super service or something
