How many points per second do you get? (ECCp-109)

I'm trying to figure out the best combo.

I'm running 1507 (11 x 137) at cas 2.5 (normal settings on 8K7A)
I get about 705k-710k iterations/sec.

I am getting around 330k iterations/sec on my Duron 800MHz (8 x 100).
Memory is running at 133MHz cas2.

Didnt know you could run CAS4. Also which is it?- 900 or 8 x 100?
