There are probably less than 20 or 30 people in the US with my last name, and probably the world because my name is an Americanization of a Danish name. I know of one other person with the same first and last, a distant relative. Unless my brother has a son at some point (because I certainly won't be having any more kids) this side of the family name will end with my brother and I, just leaving that other branch of the family tree.
