How many people have had problems with XFX tech support?

just curious. I called them 4 hours ago, and left a voice mail, and they called back 3 hours later. I was not mad because they solved my problem. My videocard was running slow not due to my cpu, or ram, but to an underpowered card. I forgot to put in another power connecter that was needed for true preformance. because I heard people saying that XFX had crap support, but I guess it just depends on who you are talking to, the guy I talked to was pretty cool 🙂

so. what problems have you guys had with xfx tech support? or none at all?
 
A tech company called you back??? WOW unheard of. Asus's support form is horrible. Good to hear because I just put the XFX 6600GT card in my PC yesterday 😀

FYI: eVGA interrupted my "on hold" call and said they were really busy and told me they'd call me in 40 mins. 43 mins later they called just like they said they would
