How many people are under on their company's stock options?

after reading about how tech companies don't want to expense stock options in their earnings report, I was thinking how many eople are actually benifitting from them. Unfortunately, I'd say about 3/4 of the people here are .

I have more that are under than are green, so I went with No. I'm expecting my next round of options in a few days. Will be priced decently and I know are already in the green because our stock price has gone up since the board meeting.

I have the option but I don't take it. While I know that my company will be around for a long time as long as nothing on the level of Enron/Arthur Andersson occurs, I just don't like the stock-buying schemes set up by companies. Too many hoops to jump through and what-ifs to navigate. Prefer investing the money myself elsewhere.
