How many of you have had a new faulty CPU or one go bad with weeks?

I`ve just had my first faulty processor(900mhz T-bird)go bad after 7 weeks ,anyway it`s my first one in 6 years so I guess I`ve been fairly lucky,what about you?

The only bad CPU I've ever had was an old K6-2 300Mhz back when 400Mhz was the best you could get. Turns out the CPU had already been RMA'd back to the company twice before, and they were just tossing the returns back into the crate to be re-sold quote: "because many of our customers are inexperienced and may have returned the product even though it is actually operational." (Yep, that was a direct quote from the manager.) Needless to say, they will never get any business from me or from anyone I know.. :disgust:
