How many of you have already canned your New Year's resolutions?

I didn't really have any specific ones this year, other than to try and be less lazy

That's something i'm going to have to work on over the course of the year tho, i don't expect it will change overnight...

mmm my life's philosophy towards resolutions.
i am trying to strive for a few personal goals though. a lot less procrastinating, improve my PT score a LOT, and bulk up.

I resolved to stop biting my nails. I've caved a couple of times for hangnails, but other than that I've done ok. God do I want to, though.

Edit: I guess my other resolution is to ace my animationmentor.com classes and get hired by ILM

My goal was to cut back on coffee. I set aside my usual coffee cup at work and opted for a small styrofoam cup instead. That was Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon, I decided that since it was such a small cup that if I had a second cup, it'd still be half my normal intake. Tuesday night I went to bed at 11ish. Wed morning, I was up at 5:15 to feed the animals. Back to the normal sized cup on Wednesday. Last night, I was ready to go to bed around 10. Gunshots rang out in my neighborhood; the phone rang... I didn't get to sleep til 11:30. Up again at 5:15 to feed the animals.

As of 6:30 am, I had already equalled my normal level of coffee intake. More expected. On the other hand, the resolution about not having to rush around in the morning is working quite fine.

So far so good. I've been cutting back on my caloric intake and have already lost a couple of pounds - my body has always responded well to moderate dieting. My NYR last year was to lose 20 pounds which I did and pretty much kept it off (lost 25, gained back 5), now I'm out to drop another 10 this year.

Good job man, keep it going. :)

Me - mine is screwed up already but not my fault. I was going to start a workout routine, but Tuesday night at hockey I tweaked something in my back and I have to rest it for a while. Just skating through the neutral zone and something popped
