- Whole wheat bread
- Soy mayo, flax seed oil, and a little bit of lemon juice
- Sliced Irish Dubliner cheese
- A lot of turkey
- Horseradish and mustard
- red onion
- tomato
- broccoli sprouts
- olive oil glazed on one side
All organic as well, and while that might not mean anything to some people I find the difference in flavor to be incredible.
I tend to work a lot, so I need to be able to maximize the nutritional value of something that's easy to prepare. I eat sandwiches all the time, and people tend to poke fun as though their Hamburger Helper is somehow superior.
Is a sandwich a worthwhile culinary pursuit? Any thoughts on my sandwich? 😀
