Well usually it is slow around here in the summer ... and I just try to find things to do when sitting at my computer and not having any work. I am in the IT department at an aerospace company, so its basically I just get calls when there is stuff to do, then I do it, then come back to my computer and sit here waitin for another call.

Forums are the only way I can keep my sanity! What other forums do you all check out? I pretty much check only the anandtech forums and the vw forums at vwfortex.com .

THANK GOD FOR FORUMS DURING BORING WORK TIMES!

That would be me. I post to ATOT between support calls and system monitoring.

Ya, I work in the it department at a school library. Generally we have nothing to do, so I post on AT, but that get's old too, so then I just have nothing to do.

I'm bored to death at my job, but I work at a golf course, so I don't have access to a computer.

The managers' computers both have Win2k and have the bios passwords enabled, so there's no chance I'll be able to use those, even when they're not there.

<-- Puts his head back down on his desk and goes back to sleep... I mean work.

You can always clear the CMOS I would imagine.

I could, but when they walk in and see me poking around their computer under the desk on the floor, I'd have to do all my neffing from home for the remainder of the summer.

I've been at work for two hours and haven't even checked my e-mail yet. Just sitting on AT, posting away. In an 8-hour workday, I honestly spend at least 6-7 hours just reading forums and hardware review sites. They don't pay me enough to work too hard.
