Yeah. I gotta say, just checked out my first and last home movie, and it's not good stuff. Not hot, not exciting, not arousing. She's certainly not bad looking but there's a lot of really reallllly bad angles where I'm involved. I suppose that's what you get when you can't even just turn into the skid and have a third person there to actually film it properly.

Next time I get told "Hell no" when I ask I'm going to just assume it's because she's smarter than me.

yeah we did it. Mirrors do pretty well with angle control. And a well placed tripod won't do soo bad either. Just don't be stupid about it.

I taped myself and a freak once on a webcam practicing baby-making....

I agree that it is lame. I am not an actor and the last thing I need in my short term memory during a ugly-bumping session is looking at myself making an O-face.

I've done it, but I've since lost all the vids in a hard drive crash because I didn't back THOSE ones up with the rest of my documents.

We both enjoyed them when re-watching them, actually. It was really more a movie of her, than "us" and filmed by me in a POV style.

As a note to any ladies reading along: If you actually acquiesce to starring in such a video with your BF, you should be adamant and knowledgeable enough to ensure that you can retain the ONLY copy of said media and strictly control his access to it. Despite how much you may love him now, if you guys ever go your separate ways, there's a very good chance that those videos will get shown to all of his friends if he still has copies.

I've always seen the benefit of taping it to be the excitement in the recording...not actually watching the thing

You always expect it to look like a porn, but the lighting is never good enough and it's tough to get a good angle....

Uh, alrighty....first time was with an old college girlfriend. Bought the digicorder at CC and returned it the next day. It was cool...I didn't get a lot of the angles I wanted because it was at night time in a not so well lit room, but it worked out. I did some crappy after-editing in an old version of MS Video to try and brighten it. Ironically, this was the first thing I ever burned to a DVD back in 2003, I believe.

The next time was just some clips with a different girl from my digicam. Those weren't all that exciting. No zoom or anything. Mostly just of her.

The third time was again with a digicorder that we borrowed from one of the girl's friends. This one is probably the best, at least from a girl's perspective. It really is how porn would look if it was made by women; a lot of kissing, a lot of fun and laughing, and we came at the same time (something that happened in the first one too, which back then was a huge rarity...in fact, in the first one, you can here her going "nuh uh!" when I tell her I came at the same time as her after we "regained consciousness") Anyway, back to this last one...there's just a lot of laughing and fun, and you can tell it's two people that care about each other. Good times.

Yes, but it was mostly a POV angle.

Also, there's one where a third person will be coming in soon...this week, actually.
