How many of the "top 250" do you own?

What is the purpose of owning movies anyway? The rare occasion I "own" a movie is when I rent one, copy it to avoid the additional fees for bringing it back the next day - after I watched it, it's gone. The only time I watch a movie twice is when it happens to be on TV and Iam bored

It's good to own them if you plan on watching them repeatedly or they're not that common to find as rentals (ie: the original Vanishing Point). I have two Jackie Chan movies that I own because they were $6/ea. Almost as cheap as a rental

And they are both old VHS tapes I got a while back for presents. I dont really find a point to owning movies, only DVDs I own are concerts and a few tv shows (like 3 stooges and Seinfeld).
