By next gen I mean XBox 360, Playstation 3, and the Nintendo Wii. Even though the 360 has been out for a year already. So if you already have a 360 and plan on getting a PS3 then vote for 360 & PS3, just mention that you have already bought the 360.
Seems that the Wii is quite popular around here which I'm happy to see as I'm a long time Nintendo fan, although I currently only own a 360 and DS. It's going to be interesting to see if Nintendo really can make good on their promise of revolutionizing gaming controllers or if their controller/nun chuck combo will end up being an interesting gimmick. Here's hopping it works out. I see nothing at all interesting about the PS3 personally it's just an Xbox 360 on steroids. And it wont be long before you can easily get better graphics on the PC than the PS3, you can already get better than the 360. It all comes down to games in the end, I'd rather play a good Atari 2600 game than a boring eye popping next gen title. In that department Nintendo has never let me down. Both the Xbox 360 and PS3 will no doubt end up having so many titles available for both that you will easily be able to find good titles amongst the mess for just about any genre. But it's the mess that worries me. So far I've only found a few 360 titles I like.
