Dunno the exact number as I'm at work, but last I looked it was a little over 60GB. Most are 160 - 192 kbps MP3 with a few WMA and 128kbps mp3 thrown in for good measure. Not sure how many days though but I know there are over 7,500 songs there. My average song length tend to be a bit longer than most as I own ~90 soundtracks.

As for legal, all the 160 and 192 kbps are mine, the others are 'leakers' that somehow made it onto my pc...
