How many memory slots does an Inspiron 2200 have?

I'm helping a friend buy a laptop. We're looking at the Inspiron 2200 and were thinking about buying memory from Crucial instead of upgrading it before we buy as it's much cheaper. Dell's website says that the 512 option has 2 DIMMs, but Crucial says there's only 1 bank of 1 slot. Anybody know for sure?
