How many majors lead to jobs with emphasis in that field?

Okay, so I've seen lots of people graduate from places with every degree possible, but how many majors out there are actually applicable in the job force? I can see how people with engineering, computer science, economics, and business degrees applying what they learn in their job place..but what about people in Sociology, Anthropology, and African American Studies to name a few?

They can be teachers.

Well, you would need at least a Masters to teach in such subjects, since they are mainly offered only at colleges--the same isn't true for math/history/english teachers for instance, but I figure that not a whole lot of people go on to graduate school right after graduation..
