Wouldnt it matter on several different factors? How big a mouth you have. How much spit you keep in your mouth as you lick it. How large a tongue you have. Your core temp for if your running a fever you will melt the candy faster. It would be different for each person exactly how many licks it will take, and that also means if the center is perfectly in the center, for if it is thicker on one side then the other, it may be faster or slower depending on the side you start on too.
