Holy Crud! That's scary! I recounted the first four lines, got three. Scrolled down, recounted the next 4 lines of the same text, and still got three! :D

I counted 6.. it really isn't that hard when it tells you what to look for..

i counted 6. easy. dont read the d@mn thing and go backwards actually looking for F's.. reading is a waste of time.

Whatever...it's like proof reading.

Don't read it in the order you wrote it.
If you are looking for spelling errors go backwards word by word.
If you're looking for grammar errors go backward sentence by sentece.

Since we are looking for a single letter, go backwards letter by letter, ignoring the fact that there are words.

Just for fun I just plain read it not really thinking about it, and only 3 popped out at me.
But if you do it properly you won't get messed up by it.

I counted six.. BUT I wasn't "reading". I was going over word-by-word. So, I might have "cheated" :)

I got 6 the first time. I knew there must be some catch, so I just looked extra damn careful when I read through it :p
 

Yep, I recall someone posted this trick last year. I think it was at another forum. It almost got me tonight, but I beat it this time 'cuz I remembered from last year! ;) Hehehe! :D

Looks like I am a genie-ass...I mean, genius :D

6 F's, first try, read normally...actually, kinda abnormally, b/c the "special advanced academic program" (Prep For Prep for any NYC'ers out there) taught me how to read to "compile letters" as you read faster that way...kinda like scanning the page multiple times, as opposed to reading for comprehension once...

I counted 3 times 'cuz I knew I would get it wrong, counting very carefully each time....and I still missed the OF's :disgust:

Exactly, I went letter by letter and counted the F's, got 6.
