I was just listening to a CNN report about the bombing of Iraq, and she mentioned that many civillians must have been killed, since there is civillian housing near obvious target areas, such as critical federal buildings. What i'm wondering though, is who in their right mind would be anywhere near those areas at this time? They've lived through the Gulf Far, they knew Baghdad would be bombed that night. They knew what happened to those who were in those areas back in 1991. So how stupid would someone have to be to stay there? And how many actually left?
