If I'm previously well rested, I only need a few hours. But if I'm tired, I need more. Like last night I only got three hours, but I was well rested from the weekend so thats not a problem.

anything around 5. if i get between 6 and 9ish im fine when i get up, but i seem to get tired earlier then i would with less sleep. makes no sense. and if i get more than 9ish, i just spend the entire day in a dead state from oversleep.

I suffer from minor insomnia. So anywhere from a normal 8 hours a night to 2 hours for 72 hours. It usually occurs every 2-3 weeks.

I feel pretty much the same anywhere in the 6-8 hour range. Any more or any less usually makes me feel worse.

One hour if it's only one night a week.
Four hours for a few days in a row, i.e. last week of the semester.
Six hours if it's for a sustained duration.
Eight hours to feel fully rested.
