I'm payed based off of a salary but we still have to report time. I just keep track of when I started to work and when I stopped.

That is interesting. What is the use of reporting time if you are on salary? I will stick to getting paid hourly. You can pay me for each hour worked.

I'm salary, and averaged 65+ in January. I think my employer would be quite willing to talk about reducing my workload if I was paid 1.5x for OT/had the concept of OT...

About 5. 1.5 hours for a presentation I did today, 1.5 hours working on the report for the presentation, and 2 hours doing some studying for a cert I have to take.
