How many hours do you have left on your PVR?

Only about 10GB on my HD. So less than a hour of HDTV or 2-3 hours SDTV or 15 hours of VCD quality

Due to the limited size of the hd(80gb) I am constantly deleting shows, HD sucks up the space. Motorolla Moxi.

Near infinite, since it's my computer. Of course, I have 8 computers on this network, so it gives me a little over 3TB's of total storage space.

Probably have about 50 shows right now. Only 2 movies, the rest are episodes of tv shows.

Computer HDD?? If not, then WTH would a DVR be capable of recording HDTV while only having 10gb of space..

wow, people still don't recognize "PVR"? As for me...I don't record many shows these days as I just wait a few hours and grab it off of usenet...I don't watch many shows that aren't released by groups, so it's pretty simple.

10gb should be plenty for an hour of 720p/1080i HDTV broadcast... my cable company claims around 20hours of HDTV on my PVR we rent from them (no HDTV for us, just digital cable), and it has a 120gb HDD on it. That equals less than 10gb per hour, especially considering there is buffer room in there too, probably 5-10gb. So its probably around 7gb an hour for HDTV broadcast, with the box only getting around 17hours or so.

mine doesn't tell me hours, it tell me a percentage. My PVR is about 60% full.

Right now I've only got about 35GB total free space across my three drives...so about 4-6 hours of HDTV (Edit: got about 227GB total in HD content right now)

It's almost time to buy another drive :p

Most places call it DVR.;) My HD Directivo can do 70 hours in HD. I don't know what that is in standard though. I have no clue what I have left, as there's nothing keeping track.

My Comcast (crappy) HD DVR only holds 15 hrs of HD. It's 75% full.

Our SD Tivo holds about 50 hrs of SD programming. No idea how full it is because the wonderful people at Tivo don't have that in their software. Boooo!
