How many hours do you actually work at work?

How many hours (on average) of honest work do you complete each day at work, and do you get paid well to slack?

For me I would say 1.5hrs/day max, and I am at work 9hrs/day. I get paid very well to slack.

It depend, when i actually have project coming in, I'll put in a 9hrs/day. Otherwise, it only 3hrs/day.

it depends on the time of the month. first week we go 24hrs/7d/week for 1.5 weeks and i work all day printing statement for all the credit unions in maine some in nh,mass,ri.

rest of the month i just sit and neff on atot while monitoring the *nix systems.

Seeing as I busted my ass to set up everything properly... I can now enjoy the fruits of my labor until the next big project comes along. Some days it is very little.

Depending on how busy the store is I do up to like 3 hours of actual work. I work in a little corperate retail store in a strip mall. I spend most of the day sitting behind the counter watching movies or anime on my PSP because customers only come in once every 20 minutes on 'busy' type days. Most of my shifts are 6 or 7 hours, so it's not too shabby. I generally end up making $8/hr after comission to sit on my ass and watch movies for the most part, at 20+ hours a week. Pretty coushy college job to me.

I'd say around 6 out of the 8 hours at my day job, and every bit of time at my night job which would be about 3-4 hours.

Hard to say. During October-December and February-April, probably about 10+ hours a day. January, May-September, I average about 4 hours a day.

Bah. I get paid poorly to bust ass. I do real work probably 6-7 hours each 8-hour day.
