How many HD you can put it with 400watt power supply?

Hi,
I got dual atlon with 400watt power supply(works brand), I don't know if it's a good power supply or not, but it say, it's AMD MP recommended. That's what they said.
I just wondering how much HD you can put it in this computer if u only have an extra CDR-w drive attach to it?

8+ drives shouldn't be a problem.

I run 4 disk drives + a cd-rom etc with a 350 watt antec. If it's a decent PSU it's probably not a problem.
