I am trying to rip my simpsons DVD so I can play it on my new dell Axim.

Whenever I try to rip it, the audio gets well out of sync. Im doing the ripping on my laptop with 2.0ghz processor and 2 gigs of ram. Laptop HD is 60GB at 7200RPM.

What FPS should I be selecting when ripping? 24? 30?

What program should I maybe be using other than #1 DVD ripper.

I use DVDShrik to rip it just cause its easy then DVD2AVI to get raw avi then VirtualDub to encode it to DIVX or whatever :) havent had a prob yet...its not a FPS what they are in though that affects the audio its the FPS YOU recorded it in that affects the audio stream and its timing...

There was a box that I just checked in a buried menu for "sync audio and video" It seems to do the trick. Im encoding right now :)
