Scouting in New England was great too -- we've got Maine (Baxtor State Park, Allagash Wilderness), New Hampshire (White Mountains) and the Appalachian Trail to work with. Massachusetts has some nice forest areas too. I was in Central Massachusetts, so we're out in the woods anyhow. There isn't too much out here, west of I-495.

Troop 401 Canyonlands District Utah.

and I'm 24

yes that is right I was 13.

EDIT:
I was elected into the OA and then later told them that I was not interested. being an eagle scout at 13 sucked, you went from being the scout to the leader and being forced to be "the good example" I basiclly went inactive and pretty much dropped out by the time I was 14. Don't get me wrong it was a good experience but it was just too fast
