CPU Usage: 7% and hovering

And my Windows 2003 Server:
Processes: 102
CPU Usage: Hovering @ 74%
Commit Charge: 1034M/3042M


And that's all legit tasks, no spyware and other assorted bullsh!t.

IDK how big the swap is

Right click My computer, click properties, Advanced tab, and settings under Performance and advanced tab for windows. At the bottom there should be a something in MB. That's your swap file. But it's definetly good.

Do you know why your CPU is constantly at 100%?

Only thing I know to cause that is middle_man AIM. There is a glitch that if it runs for too long it bugs out and goes bezerk causing CPU to remain at 100%.
