US Cellular
Alltel

Alltel is much better than US Cellular here.
I've heard a ton of horror stories about Alltel but I have no complaints.

One, Verizon. Why the need for so many providers?

Service Degredation, Broken Cell Phones, Crappy Customer Service, Other Features, and Better Deals 🙂

But assuming you had a one year contract each time, that's over 9 years, right?

On some of them yes, not all though. Powertel didnt require a contract, and i was grandfathered into Voicestream, and T-Mobile w/o one.

I also got out of my contracts early with AT&T and PrimeCo/Verizon due to shoddy coverage. Surprizingly they used to be very laxed with early contract terminations back in the day. I think i had each of them for 3 months or so.
