How many devices can be connected on Bluetooth simultaneously?

Devices which are 1.1 compliant are capable of scatternet support. It will vary on the device, but most BT solutions in laptop's, PDA's, desktops, etc... will be capable of at least 7 connections, more if they support master-slave role switch.

Devices like BT mice, keyboards, etc... will naturally only need to hold one active connetion.

Let's see: keyboard, mouse, cell phone, digital camera, PDA*. Well, 7 is certainly more than enough. 😉 I see bluetooth as the way those devices connect with your PC/Laptop. No more nasty cables or IR!
