How many days later can you safely eat leftover Buffalo Wings?

Ordered Sunday, refrigerated almost immediately and reheated thoroughly - do ya think they are safe? Doesn't hot sauce offer some bacterial prevention?

if they have been refrigerated, then no problem

remember 100-200 years ago they didn't refrigerate meat and ate it as it rotted on the table

I'm picky with leftover chicken, but I once got food poisoning from 2-day old pizza with chicken on it. Spending all day on the toilet is teh sucks.

Wings - I guess I'm wimpy but anything over 2 days is gettin pitched.

Hot sauce does not have any anti-bacterial activity.

At what temperature do you have your refrigerator set?

actually hot sauce probably does, since its got pepper in it and pepper does. (i think)

but salt definately does and its got salt in it.

Plus refrigerated cooked food is good for at least a week, probably 2.
