How many cups of coffee do you drink in a day?

Ive just finnished my 8 cup and im wondering if I need to stop? Ive heard that to much coffee is bad for you.

hi, i don't drink any coffee. but my mother does. she'll make herself a cup every couple of hours and never finish the last one. but i wouldn't dare bring it up. she'd start arguing that it's because she has to clean, cook, work, and then she'd tell me to go do one of those. which is y i'm here at the library, ha! i'm so happy!

EDIT: damn i'm a slow typer, i started after only 1.

I dont know. Caffeine hasn't ever made me twitch before. I started drinking when I was about 8 and now im almost 20.

One when I get to work. Maybe another one after... say 1 hour. And then one every hour after that... I drink TOO much coffee.

well, I always look at it this way...if I have the inclination to count the number of cups I drink, I haven't drunk enough.

.5 i only drink it when sleepy. wish i had a better coffee maker. use a french press, but that creates gunk, so i pour it into a normal coffee makers filter basket to filter a cup. kinda work intensive, but i only make one cup i consider drip inferior, atleast with normal cheap consumer drip machines. french press pots u can just let it sit there like tea getting strong only pain is the lack of paper filter.

yea too mcuh is bad, a little is good kinda like red wine. drink lots of water.

i'm too p icky to drink a lot, its gotta taste good plus, i od on it too quick. one cup = nice buzz 2 cups = nausea jitters eye twitchin. my cups are 16oz mugs though
