Not many if you're going to be running an Athlon system since the Athlon chipset sucks up a lot of energy. :(

Celerons shouldn't be a problem. :D

One of my old systems, I had these items running off of an Enlight 250W PS:

BX6 rev2.
PIII 600Mhz
Sound Blaster Live Value
Voodoo3 3500TV
3Com NIC
Adaptec U2W SCSI Controller
Pioneer 303s DVD Drive
Yamaha 4x4x16 SCSI CDRW
9.1 Seagate Cheetah 10k rpm U2W Hard Drive
2 Sunon 80mm Fans
Generic Floppy
Generic Keyboard
Boomslang Mouse

But if you're going to run something faster than 800 mhz (In PIII, Duron, Athlon, Tbird), I'd suggest just getting a new power supply since 300W is now becoming the new standard. ;)
