At home for personal use, <50 since I just got a burner a few months ago.

At work it's my job, so a lot ~1000.

2000 to 3000, probably closer to 3000

Panasonic 7502 4X SCSI CDR
Yamaha 6416 6/4/16 SCSI CDRW
Plextor 8/20X SCSI CDR
Lite-On 32/12/40 IDE CDRW

Got the panny in frosh yr of HS, now I'm a frosh in college.

I have to say that SCSI is vastly superior to burn proof, too bad they cost so much

can u please explain why scsi is better than burn proof....what is the advantage of the scsi drive ...fewer coasters???..but my burn proof drive seems to work fine...no coasters at all...

I had a 4x Mitsumi about 500 burns, then a Plextor 8x i would say around the same amount, Plextor 16x definitly near 1000, My new plex 24x only has less than 100 :( lol. I go through spindles like water

oops, I chose 0 - 50 when its more like 100 - 400 (I estimate about 200). I thought you strictly meant audio CDs for a minute there.

Who the heck would make more than 1000? What are you doing, distributing warez and Mp3 Albums? :D

When I get around to backing up my CD collection there will be over 700 used for just that.

LOL, and it probably won't be missed.
As for CDR's made, somewhere around 400-700. all on my Sony CRX140 8x burner. If it were up to me, that number would be around 900-1000, but ever since i switched from 98 to 2k, my burner "can't" burn, and I have no clue how to fix it. Some kind of software error or something, so I haven't been cranking out CD's.
